To Our Valued Customers,
As COVID-19 continues to impact our communities, we wanted to answer questions you may have. ODS HealthCare is concerned about the health and well-being of our customers, employees, and the communities we work in. We strive to ensure everyone’s safety while continuing to offer affordable supplies to our customers.
Q: Are you still accepting orders?
A: Yes, we are still accepting online orders and limited telephone orders by speaking with our knowledgeable customer service representatives.
Q: How are you minimizing the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) in your facilities?
A: We are closely monitoring and practicing the guidelines from the CDC, and from our state and local governments. Our facilities are taking strict preventive measures to minimize any potential spread of the virus. To limit the possibility of spread back to our facilities, we are currently not accepting returns on orders with Face Masks, Disinfectants, Sanitizers, and other Personal Protective Equipment. This will limit the potential of sending out contaminated products to our customers.
Q: Will product or shipping prices change?
A: We will not take advantage of our customers in this situation. Our purchasing team is working diligently with our vendors to keep more products available at the lowest rate as possible. Our quality products and shipping charges will remain at affordable prices based on your shipping preference and the rates we are given by our vendors and shipping companies. All orders over $100 are still receiving Free Shipping.
Q: Will my order be delivered on-time?
A: We will do our best to deliver your order on schedule. We will continue to follow applicable government guidelines based on locations with COVID-19 restrictions and civil demonstration interruptions. We will respond swiftly to keep you informed of any interruptions in delivery schedule.
