The 2010DCU Two-Stage Digital Curing Unit is designed for controlled, repeatable denture curing and polymerization processes. Featuring a digital control panel, the unit allows users to program two-stage curing cycles with independently adjustable time and temperature settings to meet specific material and workflow requirements.
Each curing stage can be programmed from 0 to 999 minutes, with temperature plateaus adjustable from 32°F to 210°F (0°C to 99°C). A built-in synoptic display provides continuous visibility of cycle status, ensuring users can monitor progress at a glance throughout the curing process.
The integrated water tank delivers uniform heating, while the durable, lab-ready construction supports reliable daily use. Designed for ease of operation, the 2010DCU offers simple programming, low maintenance, and easy cleaning. An integrated circuit breaker protects the unit from electrical overloads, supporting safe operation in laboratory environments.
